 One-to-One Care at Home

Every person is different — so their care should be too.
Our one-to-one support can include:

  • Support with daily living and personal care (helping clients to achieve this independently)

  • Meal planning, shopping, and cooking together

  • Support to attend appointments and activities

  • Help with routines, structure, and confidence

  • Encouragement to develop independence and life skills

  • Emotional support and companionship

  • Support to access the community, hobbies, and social opportunities

All care is planned around the individual, with clear goals, regular reviews, and open communication.

My Approach: Person-Centred, Compassionate, and Professional

At Elizabeth Evans Care, I am committed to:

  • Working in line with CQC regulations and best practice

  • Clear, honest communication with families and professionals

  • Consistent, reliable, and respectful support

  • Upholding dignity, choice, and control at all times

I don’t believe in “one size fits all” care.
I believe in people, their stories, and their potential.

Why Choose Elizabeth Evans Care?

I focus on building strong, trusting relationships with my  clients to ensure effective care.

I am committed to equality, dignity, and human rights. Care is delivered in a way that respects individuality, culture, communication needs, and personal identity.
